As he and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell battle over government funding, the Senate minority leader said on Tuesday that he's fretting that Trump will balk at a short-term spending bill during the Democratic effort to oust him from office. "I'm increasingly worried that President Trump will want to shut down the government again because of impeachment," Schumer told reporters.
